Individual Counselling, 60 minutes: $140

Couples/Relationship Counselling, 60 minutes: $160

*Longer sessions can be accommodated if this would be of benefit to you. Rates are pro-rated accordingly*

Please note I am a Crime Victim Assistance Program (CVAP) registered counsellor.

Tuesdays 930am-830pm

Wednesdays 930am-1230pm, 715pm-830pm

Thursdays 930am-1230pm, 715pm-830pm

Fridays 930am-1030am

*Some Mondays and weekend times available upon request*

Helpful Appointment Information

Health Benefits/Coverage: It is possible your healthcare benefits may cover the cost of some counselling services. I will provide you with a receipt for each session so that you may be able to claim any coverage you have. I currently do not provide any direct billing.

Availability: I keep this website updated in order to keep you informed about my availability. If you are hoping to see me outside these hours, please let me know so I can see if there is anything we can do, or if I can help refer you to or recommend another counsellor or professional. I will inform current clients directly of any changes in my hours. 

Remote Counselling: Counselling sessions are currently offered as remote/virtual/distance counselling. You may decide if phone counselling or video counselling work best for you. I currently use a secure platform called doxy.me for video sessions.
